THE PROCESS

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We are committed to facilitating a stress-free purchase. We guarantee to make your order to the exact specifications you enter on our website. However, in the unlikely scenario that an error is made on our part with your order, we will correct this at no extra charge.

For any item we do not have readily available we must order directly from the manufacturer. Our estimated shipping times take this into consideration.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All of our packages are sent out through the trackable services of the United States Postal Service and Canada Post. Typically, it takes 4 business days to deliver to your door once we have packaged your order and given it to the courier.

Please know that shipments need to be received during regular business hours and that these federal services will only deliver to addresses that allow for safe delivery.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to make it anywhere in the US and Canada. This standard comes with tracking (through USPS and Canada Post). All orders over $149 USD have free shipping. On all orders under that amount shipping costs $9.95 USD.

Please know that all of our shipments do have insurance and handling. Our packages are valuable to us (and to you). To insure that they get to you in time we require signatures on all of our packages and insurance on everything we send out.

 

DISCLAIMERS

Delivery Times and Addresses
Please know that shipments need to be received during regular business hours and that these federal services will only deliver to addresses that allow for safe delivery. This means that if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or an address the courier deems is undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply (as we will need to ship out to you a second time).

Freight Forwarding
We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or services. All packages shipped outside of Canada and the USA may incur extra duty charges to the customer. We are not responsible for any delays, sales taxes, customs, duties or other taxes charged by the customs department. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by unforeseen custom delays and thank you for your order.

Processing Time
Processing times will vary depending upon availability of the product and the type of product ordered. Typically, specialty prescription lenses can take 4 to 10 business days.

 

HOW TO RETURN

To begin your return please log into your account and start a help ticket with us. Once we are notified of your return, we can help guide the process. That said, returning an item is as simple as shipping back to us using your federal post service (either or USPS or Canada Post). Upon receiving the return in good order we will process a refund.
